They say the woman has a special disease. Not a physical disease, but a mental disease. She would so much til shes about to burst, then she would throw it all up and lose her weight. Or, she could just stop eating. When she does that, she will lose weight. Sometimes, she can't stop losing weight. She will keep losing weight until she is stick-like.
They have it right that they throw up the food to lose weight. It's called being an anorexic or a bulimic.
