I don't think she will regret it. She has gotten a huge weight off her chest. I don't think David would be so shallow as to hate her for a secret.

Hippocratic Oath

No she shouldn't force her. It's Shay's brain, damaged or otherwise. She gets to choose what she does with it.

Night Alone

I wouldn't want to be oblivious. I would want to take the cure.

Get Away

It means that Shay should be angry at Tally. But she is being changed so she doesn't get angry. It isn't her thoughts really, it's the thoughts the operation puts on her.

Rescue

Shay was changed to a pretty. They try to escape. David finds out Az, his father, is dead. He didn't survive the operation.

Inside

It has a much deeper meaning. They watch as they open up people and mess with their natural bodies.
They find labels of rooms:Morgue, that some poeple die in the operation. Long-term detention, that they keep the trouble-makers in cages. Disorientation room, they brain-wash poeple. Interrogation room, they are like police.

I would post the message, "We are all the same." In history, people killed eachother just because they felt different. If we are all the same, there wouldn't be war.

Accomplices

She changed a lot in the story. She used to want to become pretty no matter what. Now she's doing all she can to prevent the operation.

Yes, tally's plan will work. The thought of undoing all she had done. Her feelings are valid now.

Oil Plague

Yes they are accurate. The people of today are destroying the world.
We are losing a lot of money, running out of resources, and running out of jobs.
The people in their society become stupid and oblivious. They never feel natural.

Attack on Pearl Harbor was on December 7, 1941. Japan bombed Hawaii and killed 2350 people including civilians. 1178 people were injured.

Tally got away but she lost her friends. I can't really find much irony in the chapter.

Tally is amazing. She shouldn't feel guilty for what she did. She didn't know the device would set itself off. She didn't want everyone to be captured.

I think the voice will be David. He is on Tally's side. I think Tally will tell David what happened and get him to help her set everyone free.

It means to be able to protect yourself. It is important to be self preservant. In the world, I think the most self preservant people are the most successful.

The Rabbit Pen

I think she is with the Smokies now. She didn't even really want to betray them. I think she will help them all escape and get them out of their cities.

Invasion

Yes I do think this is the climax of the story. There is tons of fighting, action, explosions. It's just like the climax in an action movie. It's exicting and keeps you on the edge of your seat with action and suspense.

Burning Bridges

Home:My mom works all day even though she is retired. SHe never stops working but doesn't mind if she is underappreciated. She works so hard to keep my family going.

Academic:There is a person in my class. I won't say what period, but they are funny and cheer up the class when we are sad. They are smart and not afraid to be themselves.

Pretty Minds

I would want to become smater and stronger in every way. I would want to be better than I am right now.

The Secret

That when people have children, they aren't allowed to raise them. They can't see their child and the child has no idea who their parents are. The child will never look like their "pretty" parents.

I think being pretty is like being oblivious to everything around you. They jump off of towers for fun.

Yes it did require bravery to meet David's parents. She didn't know anything about them. They could've judged her badly and forbid David to see her.

I think she does have the right, she was there first, she met David first. I haven't gotten a gift from a friend that made another friend jealous.

Hearththrob

She wouldn't have developed relationships with all the Smokies. She could've activated the pendant and not have felt guilty about it.

They didn't like the operation. They found out something bad. "The problem with the operation."

I think this is beautiful because the lights in the night give off a pretty glow. I don't see anything ugly about this picture.
